I have used it daily for scanning. About 6 to 8 times in the past year it periodically stops scanning with the message "unbale to connect to web services," despite obviously being connected and saying it's connected elsewhere. In the past I would "Remove Web Services" and then set it up again but this is the first time it hasn't worked.
I have checked the 8888 and the 8884 and entered them manually, the Apps work, I have cycled off the printer and also unplugged it for 2 minutes. Everything tells me it's connected, I re-established the correct network with the correct pswd...nothing works.
There was a note in the past about a special way to reset the printer but the instructions were sent privately - if anyone knows how to do this or another way to try getting the scan to work again that I haven't tried please post. thank you.
