Printer HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
ePrint set up, printer has an e-mail and number of users with their e-mail adresses has been entered and stored as to be allowed to use the printer.
When one of them tries to send a mail to the printer, it is received there, but it is rejected as the user is not allowed to use the printer, thought his address is in the 'white list'.
If I set the printer service to 'everybody' then all works, but this is not the meaning of the feature.
How to set all so that it works?
<reading many other threads with similar problem, I made sure that: the server the mail is sent from (SMTP) has same domain as the from addreess, that means it is sent via the e-mails provider server and no domain/server missmatch exists.
The sender also receives korrekt answer mail, asking him to check if the printer is online or the internet works or if he is allowed to use the service.
Tested from windows life mail and two android devices.
