I have a laser jet m475dw. When I click on the apps button it displays "downloading from the web" for several minutes, and then fails. Can't connect to service is the error message, and asks me to retry or ok to cancel.
When I log onto https://printables.hpconnected.com/ and click on services -> printables this error message is displayed:
An error has occurred. Please try again later.
Is the service down? I tried searching for a status page of the service, but HP doesn't appear to have one. I was excited to try the receipt scanning app on my printer, but it's been such a frustrating process to get everything setup...
