Unable to cannel my apps. I log on to HP Connected, but every time I select the 'Services' tab I get a "Safari can't open the page" message.
If I select the Apps option from my printer's control panel I get a similar message stating 'unable to connect to the server'.
However the printer is clearly connected to the server because the daily crossword puzzle app I am trying to cancel shows up every day!
How do I cancel these apps!!!
