So my 6 year old niece signed up for some children newsletter to print everyday. Problem is she doesn't remember her login or password so I am unable to stop these daily (color) prints. Not even sure how she would know an email or how she created anything but this daily nonsense has now wasted one of my color cartridges for my 8600. I've tried obvious stuff I think but can someone please help! I need this printer on network.
hp.com/manageprint would be helpful im sure but who knows what this kids info is.
