I have an HP Officejet 4500 Desktop. I just removed it from my laptop and installed it again. I'm trying to print an autographed photo from T-Mobile, yet when the picture comes up and I click print the fax box comes up and I cannot get the picture to print. I have never set up the fax part of this printer because I have no clue what kind of plug to use so why does the fax box keep coming up?
