Between 26-06-2013 and 09-07-2013, the status e-mails (succesful, delayed, cancelled, etc.) of e-print jobs arent sent anymore.
We have tried it from several e-mail adresses, checked the spam filters, disabled them, checked the logs, etc.
At the website of eprintcenter.com the settings are correct en unchanged. The check box of status e-mails are checked by all the permitted adresses.
I have also contacted the phone printer support. They are experiencing the same problems, but cannot give a solution. They forwarded me to this forum.
Is there something changed, is it a known problem, how to turn it back on?
Can anybody help me?
