Hi All
I am desperately trying to register for HP Instant Ink but I can not reset my HP Connected account. I am stuck in a loop...
It sends me to the old eprint centre but that then does send me a reset but I then get a server error and the screen will not let me reset the password. Sometime it says the email isn't even registered.
Wasted over an hour on this, please help.
Can I just wipe the account and start again?
