HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus inkjet printer
Yesterday I happened to stop by Office Depot and saw 2 salesmen setting up a new hp printer. I looked around the printer department and ran into Roseanne who is the HP Rep for our area. Roseanne suggested I do a firmware update and download my drivers. This way I could take advantage of the monthly fee that HP is charging and HP will send you ink every month according to usage. So I was interested.
After finding the correct drivers I down loaded them.
Now my printer won't respond and print. I have a MacBook Pro and us Maverick 10.9.3.
