My new officejet 8625 says its downloaded . I checked ports . . . My dilema is that it wont
print anything out of my pictures file ( running windows 7 hm premium) or any of
my files .
It does print off the internet when I'm online . It prints all my Word
documents . It prints its test page . The hp doctor says its fine . . . but I can't print
any of my picture files .
I need to send bills and it wont print them .
What's wrong .
erased and downloaded 5 times . tried off the internet too .
getting mad
