Reposting.... E-print product status problem.... posted in wrong section I think.

I have done a search on this but no-one seems to have this particular problem/solution.
 
HI everyone.

HP 7520.... New printer installed successfully. It prints wirelessly on my network... it copies and scans ok. it prints from my phone ipad and pc .... all ok. BUT i cannot access web services from the printer. It says I am not on the internet?
I have an HP eprint account and as part of the install process it set it all up and it printed the first page in the process and I got the setup HP Connected printout. I changed the printer claim code to something that I can remember.. and I can send items to the printer via HP connected (eprint) and they show up in the queue...BUT the status of the printer shows offline. The printer is not offline as it prints on the network and the network is permanently connected to the internet via a linksys router.

I disabled web services in order to enable them again thinking this might work..... but now I cannot even get to the enable screen as it says I am not connected to the internet and it cannot connect to the web services server.


The printer told me at first that there was an update for web services and that web services would not run unless I ran the update which i did and subsequently ran one further update.... before I disabled web services (in order to fix the problem) the printer told me I was on the latest version... but it still would not allow me to connect to web services.

Can you help me.... this is very frustrating as everything else works.
