Laserjet CP1025nw - I used to print via my eprint software but after performing the firmware update everything went wrong; printed the status page no IP address and no network. Printer been uninstalled, reinstalled again; connected to the router; obtained new IP address; checked to be in the same network with the router and laptop; HP Connect registered for eprint; eneterd the claimes code and add the device to my eprint account. tried to print when the usb cable is attached working fine.
The problem is when I try to install the eprint app it shows my printer with the correct IP address but then in the next step it keep saying "communication failure". I have disabled the windows firewall and no proxy is installed; still cannot communicate. I have two laptops; one is working with windows 7 and the other with windows 8. Both has the same problem. I have tried every solution I found in the HP website but no success; this made me desperate. This is the last solution for me before leaving this printer to buy a new one.
