HP Eprint doesn't retrieve recent emails

HP Eprint doesn't retrieve any emails from 6/18 to the present. Mails prior to that date show up and can be printed just fine.

I have rye activated the app, to no avail. iPad connection to home network is just fine Safari and Chrome working ok.

Any idea what's wrong? What to try?

I'm also trying to activate the app on an iPhone, and have sent multiple requests for activation - email with the PIN never shows up.
