I have 2 HP 8100 ePrint printers installed at remote business locations. I can send print jobs to each from my laptop. I'd like to set up my desktop to do the same. I'm not having any luck. I've had technical problems with the printers before and have received help from HP ranging from no clue at all how they work to excellent. What I do know is that when I bought my new laptop and had trouble installing the drivers and seting it up to print on the my two existing printers, I was seated at my kitchen table and HP set them up on my laptop. Keep in mind the printers existed and were already operational, I just needed to set up a new laptop and assign the printers. Should work the same for my desktop. When I asked for help I was told I needed to move my desktop to the location where the printers were (in another city) in order to set them up on this desktop. I questioned that (and was nice about it) and they hung up on me. I suspect this was the no clue at all version of help, but what do I do next?
