My mother has an Asus Chromebox and hp DeskJet 3511 printer (ePrint capable).
It is setup for Google Cloud printing and we are able to print using this method.
However, the format is incorrect. She is getting an unwanted border and it is chopping off text on the right side. It almost appears to be treating Word DOC printing as images instead of a document.
I have gone through the settings/options/forums and can find nothing to correct this issue.
How do we resolve this?
