Android mobile connectivity with Laserjet 4000n

Hi. I'm looking to set up my Android tablet (Nook HD+) to remote-print to my networked HP4000n printer. My HP4000 is ethernetted into my router. My tablet can see and use the network via wifi but using HP ePrint, can't see the printer. This is a legacy printer (a workhorse I've had for many years), so I guess it's not the latest ePrint technology (or any, for that matter). Can't I print to it if my tablet is using my same LAN? SHOULD I be using ePrint, or something else to do this? FYI the network is primary a PC network, running Windows 7. Most of the components are ethernetted into the router since they are all in the same room, but a laptop works fine via wifi. I even, now, have a booster in the house so the house is well-covered.

How do I print from Android tablets to an OLD HP4000n printer?

Thanks!
