HP Envy 114 could not set up daily NYTimes bulletin

HP Envy 114 could not set up daily NYTimes bulletin as my "TouchSmart Web app is not responding ?connection problem stated! Per flier with 60XL HP ink cartridge I tried to get NYTimes Bulletin daily set up on my printer but could not get st up!
Network status enabled, firmware revision -HP 211474, wireless- connected, router working,signal QC 1-5=5port 9100, IPP, Bonjour and SLP? All enabled.HP site no help!?
