My Envy 100 D410a was once working with ePrint, but has not been used in a while. I have recently moved over to HP Connected and had to re-register the printer. The info to register the printer would not print.
After trying a few times, I removed web services and then tried to re-enable, but every time I get the message "Problem connecting to web services server".
I have goe thru the troubleshooting to restart the printer, restart the router to no avail. I have currently set a manual IP address and can print wirelessly via a laptop, but no ePrint and no web services.
I have tried to setup the manual DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (via the printer IP address URL), but everytime I try I get an error:
An error has occurred. (wipv4Page-400)
