Hi,
I've read through the posts about this problem that others have experienced.
- I had ePrint working previously,
- I do have a static ip set for the printer, which appears to be a common fix,
- I I tried deleting the printer from the "HP Connected" system, but now cannot re-add it because I can't get a claim code due to my ePrint not working.
I have a good wireless connection and can print, but ePrint is the problem. When I try to turn on this feature from the printer I get the message: "The printer could not connect to the server"
Are there any additional ideas I can try?
