HP eprint printer, apple ipad airs
I am tryign to activate my wireless printer in via the eprint app for 2 ipads. I have successfully activated it on one ipad air, but it will not activate on the second ipad air. on the second ipad I get to the point of verifying the printer and I am told an email has been sent with a verification code, but no email arrives (which it did when I did on the first ipad).
it is all connected and working because it can print from the first ipad. As a test I tried activating the printer from an iphone and get the same result, no email arrives - I am using the same email adress for all devices which is the email address registered to the printer.
