I just purchased the HP 1510.
I can't scan from it even though it has, Print, Scan, Copy, it does not have a button for scanning.
It has a, start button, below that it shows a red X, below that, it shows what looks like Pie icons, then to the Left it shows what looks like, folders.
One pie shows 3 sections, one light, one grey, and one black.
The other Pie circle shows, yellow, green, red.
I had copied something from the web site, then I put it on the glassand tried both pie buttons, but all it did was print it.
I'm not sureif I have a scanner on here.
