Hi all,
My HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911a is having issues halfway through the Scan-to-email app
I can click on Apps , it connects to the Eprint center, I choose Scan To Email, I can get to where I select between a document scan and a photo scan, I then click on either one of those options and then I get the following message:
"The printer was unable to connect to the server. Check your internet connection and try again."
I am able to use all other Apps with no trouble.
Also this happened out of nowhere, I have previously been using Scan to Email for several months.
I have tried to Remove Web Apps and Reinstall, but the same issues persist.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
