Printer: Officejet 6700 Premium, updated with most current firmware.
Two laptops, a MacBook Pro running OSX 10.8.4 and an Acer Chromebook running Chrome OS.
Internet conenction: Verizon jetpack MiFi
I tried setting up Google Cloud Print with the Chromebook, which directed me first to www.eprintcenter.com; once I created an HP account there and activated my printer, I can now view it on www.hpconnected.com. Except it lists the status of my printer as "offline." See attached screen shot.
I have to my knowledge exhausted all HP-provided troubleshooting protocols, and cannot for the life of me figure out why the printer, which can successfully communicate with the HP eprint server to show its eprint email address, will not process any print jobs sent using Google Cloud Print.
Any help decyphering this would be greatly appreciated!
