Hello,
My scan to pc function from the printer is not working, i can scan directly from the Solution Center but when i press the scan button on the zeen it tells me to iniciate the scan from the pc.
I have recently re-installed my pc and all software and drivers are up to date.
I read on another post about enabling scan to pc in the solutions center but i cannot find that option on my version which appears to be version 14.
Please help as this is very frustrating.
