My Photosmart c510 printer needed new ink. I recycled the old small black cartrige. The new set ink set has 4 cartriges, including the XL black (but not another smaller black). I keep getting an error because there is a cartrige missing: the one I recycled. Why do I need this?
Keep getting error, cartrige installed incorrectly. Tried rebooting, removing cartriges, evening placing an old yellow where the little black cartrige is suppose to go. I bought another black ink cartrige without the XL on it hoping it was the little cartrige, it was the fatter one.
