I have the Envy 5530 All-in-One Wireless printer and I can print pictures from my laptop just fine but whenever send something to my printer from my phone or when someone emails me a picture to my hpeprint email address the photo gets cut off. No matter how large the photo is it always prints in a 4x6 area at the very top of the page cutting off the top and sides of the picture. I've been through my settings and cannot figure out how to correct this.
I thought the solution would be to edit settings but there is no option for that. When I go into my HP Printer Assistant and go into Set Preferences, under the Printing Shortcut tab all of the options have a lock on them and won't allow me to make changes.
Can someone please help, I've wasted a lot of paper trying to make this work.
