I have the HP Photosmart eprint c310 all in one printer. I am unable to use the touchsmart web apps on the printer to print anything. I specifically am trying to print from the coupon app. I have unintalled the app, reinstalled it, restored to factory defaults, changed the IP addresss and DNS service as instructed by another HP expert on a different thread. nothing has worked. I have used this app in the past and it was fine. I also tried other installed apps just to see it they worked and they don't work either. Thanks! It gives me the message that touchsmart web services are unavailable, try again later.
