I can no longer scan a document to my email as I was able to a week ago. When I select 'Scan' on the printer control panel, and then select 'Email', the computer attempts to connect to the internet. But then I get the following error message:
"Server Connection Error: -1
There was a problem connecting to the server. Touch Retry to connect again, or OK to exit." I'm able to print from my desktop computer to the printer, But all of a sudden I can't scan a document to my email??
I'm connected wireless to my router and the wireless network test confirms the are NO problems
Please help!
