I just bought a photosmart 7525 e all-in-one printer and it will not connect to the web service, when I try to connect to my web service for eprint it says "unable to connect to web services. Confirm Internet access and try again or enter a proxy address" Ive been dealing with this issue all day and gotten now where
. I hope someone can help me with this problem because this is an expensive printer.
I have wireless connection but no web service, and the printer will not update due to that.
