I have purchcased an hp deskjet 1010 printer today. I have a windows 8.1 laptop. I have set it up, but it will now print. The error message says CANNOT START PRINTER, PLEASE CHECK PRINTER CONFIGERATION. Is a windows 8.1 laptop compatible with the hp Deskjet 1010?
