Printer's LCD touch screen is unresponsive. It will print docs sent to it wirelessly, but cannot fax, copy or change function. Now our wireless network has changed and I cannot update network connection because the touch LCD screen is unresponsive. Tried unplugging, shutting down, even for a whole week but nothing has worked. Please help
