Just got the subject printer ... connected to my home network ... printed wireless network test results ... says internet connected, but when i tap the eprint button on the control panel, it says I'm not connected. How do I enable Web Services on this printer? BTW, is there an 800 number so I can talk to a tech ... seems it would be so much easier and real time than going through the support forum.
