hp print service plugin

I have an hp officejet pro L7590 printer

connected to a wifi network via ethernet cable

I m trying to print from my galaxy note 3 smartphone.

I get the printing window of the printing service plugin

it recognise my printer but then it just hangs without letting me 

set printing options or pressing  the print button 

same happen when Im using the eprint mobile app
