I have installed the latest software for the printer HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 and have got the HP printer icon on my desktop. But printer's USB does not detect my laptop when I am trying connect it through USB.
I have window's 8.1 (64 bits) laptop. Earlier I have been using windows 7 laptop wherein the connection was properly detected and printer was running properly. but now since the printer is unable to detect the connection, I cannot access the printer. Can someone please help me to get the printer access through Windows 8.1 laptop.
