I've forgotten my ePrintCenter password, so I clicked on "Forgot Password?" Entered my e-mail address in the pop-up and clicked "OK", but nothing happens; i.e., no e-mail is sent. I've tried entering a bogus e-mail address, and then get a message "Enter the email address associated with your account". So clearly that pop-up is doing something when I click "OK"; it 's just that it doesn't seem to be sending me an e-mail to allow me to reset my password. How can I reset my password so I can login to my ePrintCenter account?
