I deleted an eprint job on the printer instead of at HP Connected. Now I get this error: An unspecified problem was reported. Please check your printer. See printer front panel for information on resolving this condition.
The problem is the printer does not show an error on the front panel. When I go to HP Connected I do not see any print jobs listed. Is there a way to reset the printer or delete this print job? Thanks!
