When i try to add my printer to my hepprint account, the heprint address for the printer (which works fine) is rejected and the instructions on the hpeprint site state I must print out an info sheet to reset it. There is no"info shet" but only a configuration sheet and that does not show the email address for the printer The printer is CM1415fnw model.
How can I add the printer to my hpeprint account? Also, is there a way to manage jobs queued for the printer as I need to delete some I email to it.
