Hello, I enabled ePrint on this printer yesterday, then I tested choosing eprint on availables printers in windows dialog and at least yesterday everything worked fine, if I access to my hp eprint portal page online I can see the jobs, but today I sent a couple of document and each time a get a cuasi-empty page, one of them appear with just half inch printed on the page and the others one totally empty.
I can't see those jobs in hp eprint portal and I had to cancel manualy in my task printer window because didn't complete.
I finally sent this document via wireless and I was able to print, unfortunatelly I need eprint working.
Do you know what can I do?
