I have tried now on 3 different browsers on my mac and 2 different browsers on a windows machine and am unable to get past the screen where I am asked for my email address. I enter my email address and click the OK button and nothing happens. Nothing is sent to my email address and this dialog screen doesn't change. It seems that clicking the OK button is not doing anything.
