Hello all,
I have an HP Photosmart 6510 all-in-one printer and I cannot access the apps section of the printer. Whenever I try accessing my apps, I get an error message saying "Server Connection Error: -1. There was a problem connecting to the Server. Touch Retry to connect again, or OK to Exit.
Before I upgraded my HP Eprint account to the new HP Connected, the apps section on my printer worked. If someone can help me to resolve this issue I would greatly appreciated.
