After purchasing an extended warranty on my 7510E printer the same day I purchased it. I found it did not work, calling HP printer support for help I was just blown off and tried to solve the problem by going to user forums, no luck, I took it back to the store but was told the 10 day return policy had run out. Calling HP again this time they helped and sent me a replacement, but since HP connected took over I have not been able to log in to eprint, I did have a 6 month smart friend service agreement aswell as a care pack for my desktop.
Smart friend had me do 3 full system restores on my computer with no luck and by this time my desktop was totally messed up, I went through 2 packs of XL ink cartrides trying to fix it, print support told me they would not help as my smart friend service plan had run out and that I have to keep purchasing that in order to get help, the same goes for my desktop, my extended warranty for my printer did not count and I could only get help with smart friend service pack.
Cloud services finally figured out that since HPconnected had took over eprint they had forgotton about Canadian customers and did a work around and got it working for me.
Now I am out of ink, the cartrides they sent me 2 do not work and have to be returned, problem with that is until I get new ink cartrides my printer will not work. I have had nothing but problems with this printer since I bought it and as for support HP thinks it's customers are made of money. I used to be able to phone for help and they would alway's help me out with problems with my desktop but now we have to purchase a level 2 agreement every 6 months, what happened to customer service?HP sells these printers in Canada but does not include them in HP connected, it will not print if one or two ink cartridges are missing and only prints 4x6 photos. I feel like smashing this printer and sending it back to HP, that is how disgusted I am with the service provided.I also own a B209 photosmart plus printer and never had a problem with that.
