I bought 4-pack set of cartridges 364 and the Photosmart HP10 gives a message Incompatible prenthead. The printhead is not Intended for use in this printer, or is damaged.
What is the problem---HP office doesn't answer the phone and the net dfoesn't give the answer. The price of pack is 34.90Euros and the printer is very little used just over 2yrs old. This is the 3rd set of ink I bought.
