ePrint works sometimes and sometimes it does not. HP Help desk advised to 1) Ensure there are words in the SUBJ line AND not FW or FWD (for forwarded email). Still I get sporadic sucess.
Help Desk advises that sometimes inline text contained in SIGNATURE blocks will cause the email to not print but, the analyst I spoke to did not have any further detail to share.
Anyone who can provide guidance as to what works and (more importantly) what does not, would be most appreciated.
