not recieving activation code for hp eprint

set printer Photosmart 5520 up,

all running fine but trying to set up my Samsung Galaxy 4 to eprint using HP eprint , have sent my email ,same as the one  above but not receiving any activation codes, have checked junk mail

nothing in there
