I migrated to HP Connected. After some frustrations, figured it out. I had to remove and reinstall the printer so I could see the print history.
The issue I can not seem to solve is not all of the authorized email address can print now. I added them, removed them, added again, etc. Still nothing my husband sends from his email address will print. I looked through the help pages and verified the print jobs are within specifications - i.e. size, format, not forwarded, etc.
Still nothing he sends will print.
Any suggestions?
