As a supposed top-notch computer company, your ink cartridge ordering webpage is one of the most difficult to navigate that I have encountered. You, and your staff, should sit down at your computers, log into Amazon.com, and expeience the customer-friendly environment that they offer. I think it's a disgrace for such a fine company as HP to tolerate this level of inefficiency.
