Please help! I cannot get my Photosmart 5520 All-In-One-Series printer to access my photos from my memory card. The memory card is an SDHC which is listed under types of cards it can read. I am putting it in the slot correctly. I continue to get a "insert memory card" prompt even though the memory card has already been inserted. What is wrong?
