HP LaserJet 1102w - Update to the latest firmware on Linux

Hi,

that it is possible to update the firmware for my particular printer via Linux - I have Ubuntu 13.04. I can't find reference to these instructions on the main site - it refers to Windows OS only. See here:

Where can I find a firmware update utility for Linux? I have a Mac at home as well if that's any easier. I believe I need this latest firmware to get ePrint to work.
