I have a All in one deskjet 3520. Currently, we have our laptop and three phones that we use for eprinting. We have purchased new devices (another phone and a tablet). They both find our printer on the WiFi settings but cannot connect to it because I have since forgotten the password for the printer. I have the printer email, but not the password. I have spent a couple of hours searching online on how to reset it. Another problem, I also misplaced the installation cd, I can not do a factory reset.
