Scan-to-Email Service does not work - no attachments received

Dear HP support, There is a problem with the scan-to-email service (I can rule out printer configuration issues and network issues). When I tried to scan and send a document as pdf via the scan-to-email app with my Office Jet 8600 I received the emails but without attachments. Since the documents I would like to scan and send are important I tried this multiple times yesterday and again this morning - without success. I can find all the jobs from yesterday and this morning in the eprint center and they are highlighted as successfully completed, which isn't the case as the scanned documents are not attached to the emails received. Can you please confirm that there is an issue with either the HP cloud or the application? I recognized that many more users experience the same issue. Please support! Many thanks, Michael
